After few attempts, still don't see Mei mei hair standing up! seems like the ruler does not picks up electrons from the hanky which it's rubbed, there is no negative charge, experiment fail.

A static electricity experiment that Kaitlyn try with her Mei Mei. She rub the plastic ruler by using woolen hanky.
