Papa mind your language

Yesterday we went to Giant for groceries shopping. On the way, Mei Mei is being naughty by kicking her Jie Jie, Jie Jie didn't fight back but just complaining to us this and that. Is really annoying when the girls make noise. So Hubby make a comments that he's not dare to have 3rd child since 2 already make him headache. As you know, he always like to use rude hokkien to talk.. he never realise that the little one was observering. Kaitlyn stop his conversation by turning to me and ask
Kaitlyn: Is papa correct or not?
Mama: What? what you want to ask?
Kaitlyn: Is "Lin Pek" a nice word or not???
My GOD. I don't even realise that papa use such bad words in his conversation, may be already get use to it. I quickily tell papa to stop using all his rude hokkien....
But this would not happen in a night, the girl correct him again while he said "Ho Seh", my dear hubby, pls stop talking like Ah Beng because you don't want your girl to be Ah Lian, right??

1st breakfast prepared by Papa

I've to post this as I married him 6 years, seldom see him wake up early in the weekend, but he did it this morning, never cook any meal, but he did it today.. cook an american breakfast for us. This breakfast is extreamly yummy, don't you think so.

Taiping Zoo

We bought 2 girls to Taiping zoo yesterday, Jie Jie has been there once with Suzanne Jie Jie (night safari), if not mistaken, is about 20 mths plus also. This is a first time for Mei Mei to the zoo, she's much more excited then we expected. While we are looking at the black hand Gibbon, Mei Mei suddenly request me to open my camera bag which I'm holding on my hand and post for me to take a snap for her.

Feeding time for Kangaroos?? No, no.. that's not allowed to, they try to feed the kangaroos quietly without anyone notice. Very naughty right but no doubt is the most fun session for the girls rather than just looking at the animals.




Another thing that catch Kaitlyn attention is that we saw a chicken was place in the same room with the sleeping Python and papa told Kaitlyn that this poor chicken will be the lunch for the python, Kaitlyn took sympathy on the chicken and ask me if anyone can rescue her from the room. Not only her, mama also feel sorry to see that happen.

We heard the tigers roaring, hungrily waiting for their foods too.. and this is how my 2 girls mimicking them.


We spend 2 hours there without tram ride, all ended up with tired legs :)

I just put Mei Mei to the bed. Normally she'll ask me to carry her till she fall asleep, everytime I'll told her my hand pain, and ask her to sleep on the bed, but she still insists I carry her. But tonight, she offer to sleep on the bed, she point to the bed and said oi oi bed, mama pain pain, is that sound touching and blogworthy :)

Learn writting by using left hand and right hand at the same time. (learn from full brain class)


Not bad drawing right? Actually she prefer drawing class instead of the full brain, ask us to change her to the drawing class.

New uniform

When Kaitlyn first enrolled to N1, I bought her XS uniform, that is during July 2008.. I see her dress become shorter now (after 20 mths) I get her a new one today,is M size, but look a little bit longer and bigger in her, at least it can last for yrs till she graduated. I suppose. But pls proof me wrong, I hope I can buy her L size next year..hehe

教养 is our responsilibity to our child, but which is more important? That is 教. I personally feel that I'm not a good mother as I do not practice it, I feel shame when I saw kaitlyn behave naughty. I should teach her moral and discipline before any others things since she was small. Without good discipline as a foundation, how smart a child is would be futile. I admit that I pampered her too much until she lost her independency. I'm not acting what a parent should act, I listen to her instead of she listen to me.. haha.. funny right? and her jealousy is so strong that she minds on every single things like how many time we had praise to her and to her sister... we smile or care to other children. That behaviour really worry me. I do not want my girl to be spoilt, since she is still small, so I've to tune her back to what a good girl suppose to be.
